  • How do I place an order?

Click on the desired item, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to purchase, go to the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website and click “Checkout”. At that point you will need to fill out your shipping/billing information. Choose your method of payment and checkout. You will get an order confirmation e-mail once the order is placed.


  • How much does shipping cost?

we provide free shipping on orders of Rs 798 and above.

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 70 per order on all other orders.


  • How can I track my order?

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and text.


  • I need to make a change to my order. Can you make the change?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can most likely make the change you are requesting. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail.

  • Can you cancel my order?

We will be able to cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject .
